Soursop have been slowly ripening for several months, but many fruits are reaching peak ripeness at this time. Kaimana lychee are still ripe on the tree, while Groff and Bosworth varieties are just starting to show color on a few fruit. Hak Ip seems to be a bit more mature in ripeness than the Groff, but is still noticeably later in fruit maturation than the Kaimana.
