‘Ie‘ie Flowering

The forest in Kea‘au mauka in Puna is recovering from a severe windstorm earlier in this month of Kā‘elo. Though a little battered, ‘ie‘ie is flowering. Many large ‘ōhi‘a are uprooted, but still supported by other ‘ōhi‘a friends.
