Ulu on East Kaua’i are mature green, oozing sap but not quite yellowing. Many smaller, half-sized fruit continue to fall before maturity, possibly due to strong winds earlier in the month. Ohia ‘ai liko are just beginning to open and are attracting lots of mejiro to the trees.
